We are not liable for any candle after it has been purchased.
Take all decorations off of your candle before burning. Keep all candles away from children and pets. Candles are not toys. When burning your candle only burn for 3 to 4 hours at one time. NEVER leave Burning candles unattended.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days possessing after the order has been recieved, before shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL our products are custom made, hand poured candles made especially for each order. If you have special request or special deadlines please call ahead, and we will do our best to accomodate you.

We keep our labeling and packaging material to a minimum not only to keep costs low but to keep any potential waste down. Most candles are labeled only with a paper label. We do not shrink wrap our candles. Instead we wrap them in wax paper and bubble wrap to protect them during shipping . We use packing peanuts and if you  happen to find other types of peanuts it's just us reusing them from other orders we've received, please do the same if you can.
The shipping boxes we use are reusable or recyclable. We also try to reuse any boxes we receive, which is sometimes why the box you get may be from Amazon or elsewhere. We kindly ask you to continue the reuse cycle and either reuse the boxes and packaging materials or simply recycle them. It does make a difference.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Returns

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt.
2. Repack items securely; just like you received them.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice.
4. Include a note stating your reason for the return.
5. Ship returns to the address below
(Delivery confirmation & insurance recommended.)

We will refund the purchase price of the product, this does not include shipping charges either direction.
Refunds can only be made on undamaged and, unused merchandise.
