Goldenrod honey has been described with a variety of color and taste descriptions.  Goldenrod honey is a light to medium honey in color, and is of a slightly strong flavor. Our customers who buy this honey like it for their allergy issues since goldenrod honey is taken off very late in the season when goldenrod is almost the only plant in bloom. Maine Blueberry

Taken from the tiny white flowers of the blueberry bush, the nectar makes a honey which is typically light amber in color and with a full, well-rounded flavor. Blueberry honey is produced in New England and in Michigan.
So how does Blueberry honey taste? It has an aroma reminiscent of green leaves with a touch of lemon and a moderate fruity flavor with a delicate aftertaste. To best experience the taste, let the honey sit in your mouth for a short time. Many people can experience the actual taste of Blueberries in the honey. Some great ways to use Blueberry honey? Use it for breakfast on Blueberry pancakes, French toast or waffles. Use it in an otherwise unflavored tea to enjoy the fruity sweetness, or simply as a spread on toast or biscuits.
